Professional ergonomic receiver to measure FORCE, WEIGHT, PRESSURE, TORQUE and DISPLACEMENT, extremely versatile and easy to be used.
Through an integrated wireless communication system it is possible to directly interface with 1, 2, 3 or 4 WIMOD modules at the same time in the real time. The transmission frequency at 433 MHz makes the communication safe and reliable even in presence of other transmission systems such as mobile phones, walkie-talkie, radio-microphones, remote-controls etc. which usually work on other frequencies by ensuring a covering of approx. 100 meters in free space. 
WiSTAR is equipped with USB interface for communicating in real time with a PC for recharging the long lasting and highly reliable internal battery (Li-Ion). In addition to the direct reading of the measurements it is possible to detect PEAKS and to block the measurement on the display thanks to HOLD function.

It is possible to integrate inside a force sensor (up to max. 5kN) or a pressure sensor (relative, absolute or differential up to max. 5bar) while from the external input it is possible to connect strain gauges sensors with output in mV/V such as: load cells, force transducers, pressure transducers, torque and displacement transducers.

Panel digital indicator designed to be used in the modern static and dynamic measure systems in industrial activity, it can sample the signal up to a frequency of 300Hz.
Suitable for processing analogue signals coming from strain gauge based load cells and from pressure transmitters with amplified output, it enables to perform measurements with a long-term accuracy of 0.05% of full scale, with a resolution of ±9.999 divisions 2mV/V.

LOW COST

Panel digital indicator designed to be used in the modern static and dynamic measure systems of industrial field of activity.
Suitable for processing analog signals coming from strain gauge load cells and torque transducers or by pressure and torque transmitters, it allows to perform measurements with a long-term accuracy of 0.01%with a resolution of ±50.000 divisions at 2mV/V. At your inside the instrument works with ±500.000 divisions. All the calibrations (Zero, Full Scale, Analog output, Sensibility, etc.) are digital (no trimmer), therefore they can be performed and repeated without the need of removing the instrument from the panel and without to open it.

The transmitters can be equipped with different types of sensors to measure quantities such WEIGHT, FORCE, PRESSURE, TORQUE and DISPLACEMENT.
Particularly suitable for applications in industrial or laboratory where it is necessary to make measurements with multiple sensors at a maximum distance of 100m in free space.
The system makes very simple and fast to change the setup of the entire measuring system without having to change the wiring between the sensor and the instrument.
To FIT EVERY APPLICATION the instrument can be configured and customized: the function keys F1, F2, F3 and F4 can be programmed for the function of interest such as: PEAK, HOLD, RELEASE, TX DATA DATALOG, DISCHARGE, ZOOM.

Signal calibrator has been realised to perform periodical checks and calibrations on indicators with a 2mV/V input and a 4 or 6 wires systems.
Provided with a main switch with 6 selectable steps, it allows to control the linearity on both positive and negative field.
Internally, the 350Ω full bridge unbalancing, is generated by high stability passive resistances (1 ppm/°C) that enable the calibrator to work with a stable accuracy better than 0.0025% of full scale and with repeatability of 5 ppm.
In order to work with more ease, a system that keeps the ZERO signal constant by working on both positive and negative field without performing different zero settings on the indicator has been introduced.
