For the measurement of dark current-voltage characteristics required for research and development of photovoltaic modules, we also offer suitable measuring instruments. Our dark current-voltage characteristics measuring instruments measure the current-voltage characteristics for both forward and a reverse-bias current in photovoltaic modules not exposed to illumination. This information serves as a basis from which to draw conclusions about serial and parallel resistance in the test device.
