This machine uses a full-load calibration function to correct the arc distortion (characteristic X error) characteristic of the profile gauge and is capable of combining flexible arms and gauges.
Many types of profiles are available for a variety of workpieces from small holes to deep grooves.
In the case of long billets such as ball screws, the measurement by the normal arm and the relative position of the gauge will cause the gauge to suffer, making it impossible to reach the large measuring range in the X direction. The compass generates a conjugate in which the arm and the meter are moved downward, as shown in the image below, allowing unobstructed measurements, even in the case of long casts.
