Our performance-built MT-1500 Universal Tester Series is a software-driven testing system, designed to operate with a wide range of fixtures to test a variety of characteristics of your film and sheet products; including Shrink Force, Tensile Strength, Elongation properties, Yield Strength, Modulus, Coefficient of Friction, Blocking, Peel / Seal, Puncture, and many others.
Adding our Shrink Force Fixture to our Model MT-1522 gives you a powerful analysis tool for determining shrink force profiles generated during the heating of Shrink Films. Complete system includes the Tester Stand, low-force Load Cell, Grips, Heater Module, and Software Package. Computer system can be provided by Oakland as an option.
Heater Module is convection heat-chamber type, and is retractable with pneumatic-cylinder and console toggle switch. Electric resistance heating, 60 - 150 deg. C.
