ESD Current Target Adapter Line (or 50 Ω conical adapter line) is the main component of the calibration kit for the measurement of the frequency response of ESD Current Targets. ESD Current Targets are calibrated according to the IEC/EN 61000-4-2 or ISO10605 standards. This model A4002 ESD Current Target Adapter Line allows the user to measure the frequency response of ESD targets within the requirements of standards up to 4GHz. It meets the requirements of the IEC61000-4-2, ISO 10605, and GB/T17626.2 standards.
