The ZS series is our representative series with a history of more than 10 years since development and completion form 1995 until now, which is also the first Taiwanese-made Vision precision tools & measuring microscope. From component design, material variation, process innovation, upgrading of image signal, pursuit of better lighting. Even the research and development of measuring software launched in 2004 for our clients requirements. User-friendly measuring software with complete function and simple operation has been developed and more importantly.

■The machining process of all parts installed in X & Y platforms is under special quality control; each of the cutting amounts made from coarse cuttings to fine cuttings is under carefully control, which avoids over temperature caused from heavy cutting that would make thermal deformation or residual stress inside the metal; part’s precision is maintained long and steady. In addition, the X-axis and Y-axis in the platform are independent to each other and the perpendicular angle is adjustable. The perpendicular angles of all of our products are controlled within 1um/100mm.

■The main body is made of granite; all major dimensions are compliant with DIN00 standard. And the main shaft is designed by mechanical analysis that won’t cause forward-lean couple and the perpendicularity thus can be sustained.
