Thiết bị kiểm tra lực căng dây True Soltec Pull Tester APT, APT250, APT500, APT1000
This pull tester series allows anybody to measure the pull force of crimped wire accurately.
This makes it easier to ensure traceability.
The force of crimped wire with terminal is measured as the load at the time that a crimped terminal is disconnected from a wire or the stripped wire part can be broken.
After you fasten the terminal with a wedge type clamper and set the wire in a round clamper with one-touch simple operation, the pull tester pulls it with a programmed speed. This machine allows you to perform easy measurement while preventing insulation part breakage or strands slip.
Easy setting
The terminal clamper firmly holds various terminals: box type, tab type, pin type and others. The wedge-shaped structure allows you to set a terminal in the clamper easily, preventing the terminal from coming out of the clamper. Then, to finish setting, you have only to open the lever of the wire clamper and set in it.
Pursuing an easier product to use
- The terminal clamper opens to 8mm; the wire clamper opens to 5mm (it accommodates the wire thicknesses from AWG28 to AWG10).
- Compact, small footprint
- For measurement, you have only to push the start button once.
- It stops automatically when it detects wire breakage.
- No useless operation for measurement
Data monitoring and storage on PC is possible.
This product has an RS232C port.
The software designed for this product allows you to store peak values and monitor load changes from the start to the breakage.
The result data is output in CSV format. Therefore you can accumulate history data.
